I have little hairs under my skin on sum of my legs and arms, they arent ingrown hairs bcuz they dont hurt or itch and its all over... I just wanted to know what this is called and how i can get rid of it.

ingrown hairs dont always hurt or itch, i have plenty and dont ever notice them until i go to wax my legs, most of the time it because the skin is dry and the hairs cant push through, try exfoliateing, with a loofah or body scrub, moisturise you should be able to remove some of them with a pair of tweezers, ONLY THE LOOSE ONES, if you have to dig they are not ready to come out. i have lots of clients that dont even know they are there.
