How do i make my skin a uniform color?

i mean, well (thank to acne %26gt;.%26gt;) i have red all over and those tiny dark spots under the skin, so how do i make those two factors disappear?

LOTS and LOTS of water. It really does do wonders to your skin and body. I had to start drinking tons of water when I started Massage Therapy school and my skins looks so good now.





Also, a good cleanser helps as well. I like Oil of Olay face wash. A moisturizer helps as well (for the face) All cleansers are not the same, nor will they work the same way for everyone. You will only learn whats best for your skin through trial and error, but like I said...WATER This is the cleanser and moisturizer I use. I have combination/oily skin.

Here's a picture of my skin. No make-up. A couple of blemishes left, but before all the extra water, my skin was oily with more than a few red bumps (acne), etc.

a lightening cream will probably restore your skin back to it's original color the red spots may began to fade
Reply:just run without shirt, and your body is going to get even color. now if you want to include the parts where the sun doesn't get in.. go to a nudist beach and laid there for one hour naked.. half facing up, and half facing down.
