I have a problem with my skin?

I have a problem with my skin, I have a raised lumb on front thigh which hurts and i took a black spot off the center of the lump and puss came out. The sourounding area is a circl which is irritated and red. I do not recall being bit by anything and just know it hurts, I have other marks under my skin wehich i do not think is related?

not knowing your age makes it difficult how long has it been there do you tend to get this on other parts of your body? see what the doctor says first before you worry . if the doctor just says its a boil or a carbuncle i would tend to think that it comes from your excess intake of dairy products like drinking alot of milk or cheese and a fair amount of fast foods which will manifest itself as skin erruptions its probably painful cause is it inflammed around the lump which sounds normal its probably been irritated on top of that bythe rubbing of trousers maybe? the other marks might be related though you do not describe them see what the doctor says first because you have to rule skin cancer out which i doubt very much that it is but yet again i do not know your age good luck with the doctors

This sounds like a carbuncle whichis a deep staphylococcus bacterial infection. they don't completely drain on their own. You need to call your health care provider. If this is on your on your thigh it could be close to a main artery and make you very sick.
