I have two marble size what feels like balls right behind both sides of my chin bone under my jaw. Does anyone know the name of these glands. I can feel them if i just under my skin. It usually hurts or becomes sore usually when I have a sore throat.

Those are nodes, if they are sore you should have them checked out
