when i bend over/ crouch or just sit in an upright position right under my belly button starts to crap and hurt its a sharp pain and when i feel it, it feels like a hard knot or like a ball under my skin. any thing in mind? by the way im a male.

It could be the start of a staph infection. See a doctor. Staph is difficult to get rid of, and certain strains (MRSA) is very serious.

Mine would bother me most when I was working out - It would push out and I'd have to press on it to get it to go back down - and yes, it's painful! After a while it should go away.
I had one except it was above mine. I didn't need an operation but you may if you experience discomfort.
