Under eye help?

I've just been using my regular face cream (Nivea Soft) under my eyes and it just seems to be making the skin around my eyes worse (milia/wrinkles).

I need something cheap or homeade that I could use to improve and moisturize my undereye area.

I have next to no money.

Thankyou!
Under eye help?
Use olive oil. It works as a makeup remover and is a great under eye moisturizer. Can use it on your whole face and body. It's all natural and totally non-irritating. You don't need extra virgin so you can use a cheaper one. You don't need to use much so it lasts a long time. If storing in the bedroom or bathroom buy a really small bottle so it doesn't go rancid or store in the fridge. If refridgerated you will have to put the bottle in some warm water to melt it enough to get some to pour out as it turns to a solid when chilled. Many expensive products are olive oil based so why not just go to the source? Works well for me and no breakouts from it. You can even make a deep moisturizing mask by mixing some with mashed avacado.
Under eye help?
Face creams are too heavy for the delicate eye area and just drag and irritate the skin, so step one would be to stop using the nivea around eyes/

My mum has milia and my friend (who works in a beauty salon) told her to steam her face (bowl, hot water and towel over head!) or if she is pressed for time, just use a hot flannel over her milia for a few mins and try and squeeze them out like a spot. If it wont come out VERY easily (i mean when you hardly need to squuze), try the hot water thing again and again. Not too much at one time though, or it will go red!

My mum also uses a facial scrub, (Asda/Walmarts own brand!!) as this helps to bring them to the surface.

As for wrinkles, neither me or my mum have found a cheap wonder cream yet (still looking!) but you can find some top products at cheaper prices on ebay! We have just bought some Anew Clinical eye cream for under 拢5, when the rrp is 拢15. Hope this helps!
