get some concelear a shade ligher than your skin tone and pat it under your eyes making sure you blend in!

navy blue eyeliner is goot to bring out the brights of your eyes....when you line your bottom, dont go all the way to the rim....make the line halfway, stopping where your pupil is. having that short of a line on the bottom helps with camoflauging the dark circles.

you can also get a white eyeliner pencil and line them inside the rim of your eyes for an instant wide awake look.

a good color eyeshadow to try would be goldish color. it will really look good with the navy blue eyeliner.

You should probably at least wear some tinted moisturizer (or mineral powder) and a bronzer in place of a blush (to make your skin look tanner). For your eyes, you should try black eyeliner (either liquid or pencil) on your top lid, and a nude or white pencil on the lower inner rims of your eyes (to make them look bigger and more open). It doesnt really matter what eyeshadow colors you wear. But, with your skin tone, tans and golds would probably look best (for natural and every day looks). Also, plums and deep pinks and purples make brown eyes pop. For daily makeup, stick with pretty much anything earthy (like greens and browns or watery blues) with hints of shimmer (not glitter!). And since you say that you have dark noticable circles around your eyes, you will probably have to find a good concealer. If you want to stay on the cheaper drug store side, you should try any concealers from the Neutrogena, Physcians Formula, and Loreal lines. If you want to go to a department or specialty store (like Ulta and Sephora) you should try one of these brands: (they have good reps for their concealers)... Clinique, Estee Lauder, Laura Mercier, or Shiseido brand. Just be sure to march up to that makeup counter and ask to try before you buy!

Good luck and have fun finding and trying new things!!!!!
