Yes, they are normal. You could get them anywhere, and they dont go away after you have your baby. They are such an annoyance!
Reply:Girly I got skin tags....and I got a lot of skin tags...none down there by I got them on my neck!!!! I still have them today...I was told to go to the doctor to have them removed. Some of them fell off after I gave birth but for the stubborn ones, I have to get some doctor intervention! It's completely normal...it's due to the surge of hormones! Hope that helps!
Reply:Yes, an increase in skin tags is very normal. During pregnancy, the body is pulsing with hormones, and Growth Hormone is one of them...this is the hormone that helps the breast to grow, hair and nails to grow, as well as skin (gonna have a stretching belly).

Common places for skin tags include: around the neck, the arm pits, under/around breasts, and genitals. Why? These are areas of higher hormone concentration. I don't believe you have any reason to be concerned, but you can always ask your doctor.

Good luck and congratulations!!!
Reply:I got one too, down there. They can be removed by your Dr.
Reply:Skin tags may appear on the skin of the thighs and mons pubis but if your "skin tags" are on the labia (lips) or in the vagina you may need to be concerned about genital warts. I have seen alot more warts pop up on women in my office than spontaneous skin tags in the perineum.

Reply:They are very normal. I've developed some on my neck and on my thigh. You can have them removed if they are bothersome.
