a guy i know recently lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of muscle. i showed his picture to some guys i know and they all laughed and said he was doing steroids. i asked how they knew and they said because his skin was tinted yellow. is that a true sign? also he is cut and under his chest muscles he has what looks like creases in his skin. is that a sign as well?

Any chance to go back to a normal body once he realizes what he has done will be to late.
