Skin Problems...?

Im 20 and have had bad skin since I was about 14. Last year it cleared up alot and I only had a few blemishes here %26amp; there but recently ive had really bad break-outs. Im quite healthy %26amp; only really drink water. I have been under a bit of stress aswell. Does anyone know of any good skin care products? Ive tried so many %26amp; even expensive stuff. I also cleanse, tone %26amp; moisturise daily. I dont really wear make-up often either. No stupid answers please.
Skin Problems...?
I like principal secret scrubs, moisturizing creams and eye gel. Sometimes you can get them on ebay a little cheaper.
Skin Problems...?
I have been diagnosed with rosacea by two separate dermatologists. I have gone thru 1 antibiotic and 3 ointments and nothing worked. I couldn't afford the medications anymore and decided to try that Proactive over the counter acne stuff. After a lifetime of hating my skin, I'm happy for the first time. The silly stuff really does work. I had disregarded it because it wasn't prescription and also because celebrities were endorsing it (which I hate). It will definitely do the job, though, and a whole lot cheaper.
Reply:My side has several range of great skincare products and i'm more than willing to share with you. You can return for money if at the end of the day you don't get your desired result. Range include cleanser, toner, daycare and nightcare and also musk to nourish your skin.
Reply:I assume you are talking about acne (if not, please correct me).

This is what you can do:

1) Keep sebum secretion under control using sea kelp bioferment, niacinamide and EGCG from green tea.

2) Normalize keratinization and prevent the exfoliated keratinocytes from sticking together, closing the pore. Go for white willow bark extract, which will also reduce inflammation. Other helpful actives are sulfur, retinyl acetate (or other retinoids). Chemical peels will also help but make sure that the glycolic and other acids are not neutralized using bases like sodium hydroxide, a common ploy used to impress consumers with high concentrations of acid that will do nothing because they have been converted into (useless) salts.

3) Decrease inflammation with actives like white liquorice extract. Avoid steroids, anti-inflammatories that everybody likes because they are so fast. With prolonged use they may cause skin atrophy and steroid acne.

4) Kill acne bacteria: tea tree oil, Coleus essential oil. Propolis should also work but many of our clients do not like the smell. Avoid benzoyl peroxide, which will kill bacteria but will also age your skin and increase the probability of skin cancer.

5) For men and women: inhibit the activity of the enzyme 5-alpha reductase using saw palmetto and wild yam extracts, this active will reduce skin androgens, reducing the frequency of acne lesions.

Good luck and best wishes

Reply:Hi,

It is interesting that your nick is Poison Rage...

As a holistic health consultant.. most people who have bad skin problems after have the following within them:

- weak liver

- lack of water

- poisonous rage within them; they are angry at something or someone

Unless you do something about the above three things, you are likely to continue to use very expensive skincare with not much results or no long term results.

I would suggest you do a detox and let go of watever rage you have within. Dun suppress it.

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

My friend had a similar problem to you. He is a guy and his breakouts are so bad he had to apply powder to his face to cover it. Now that he has gotten rid of much of his anger and has also detoxed, his skin is really much more radiant and smooth than ever!

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)
