Problem skin help?

I have really weird skin. It's extremely sensitive and is prone to breakouts. My skintone is uneven and blotchy, especially around my mouth and chin. I sweat a lot on my face and it leaves my upper lip a weird color. Sometimes my skin is dry, sometimes it's oily. I never wear makeup, I moisturize and use a sunscreen daily. I have tried every different cleanser under the sun, toners, masks, creams, you name it. I've been to dermatologists and I've used prescription products and I still get breakouts. My skin is just dull looking. I've considered having a chemical peel, but I don't want to cause more harm than good. I want something that will even out my skintone so it doesn't look blotchy and I want clear, glowing skin. I don't know what else to try that I haven't already. I even take vitamins. I don't touch my face and I try my best to keep it clean and take good care of it. I am 26 years old. Why am I still having skin problems and what can I do?

Funny, not one mention of diet here. Most skin problems start with dehydration and more junk than real food. Lean meats and vegies and plenty of water is what I'd recommend. That was all it took for me.


All that stuff you're using is masking or covering the symptoms, not solving the situation. Give this a try, you may be surprised.

Reply:well sounds to me like you are trying to hard to solve your problem...........stop putting sun screen on............just wash your face..and leave it alone for a week..........take 1000 mg of vitimine E...........and also fish oil...........i just put cream on my face twice daily in morning and at night............but stop putting so much **** on your face.....leave it alone.........your clogging your pores........they can't breath............

Reply:Have you tried a medical skin care line? I have another question for you tho--how many times have you stuck to ONE skin care line and done it for more than 6 weeks? You sound to me like you try one thing one time and if a miracle doesn't happen it must be a loser. The products are made to work together and NOTHING works instantly.
