recently ive been having a bit of a skin issue, its very minimal but its driving me crazy, i have really clear skin free of ance and what not but theres a small spot under my nose thats usually red, dry, itchy and sometimes theres a bit of puss after scratching. it disapears and reappears every now and then. i dont do drugs so its nothing from that but i was wondering if anyone knows what it could be and how i could treat it.

How frequently does it happen? It could be a cold sore - otherwise known as herpes simplex virus. The nose and lips are very common areas for these kinds of outbreaks.

Reply:I had the same thing-it would come around every six weeks or so then go away. I went to the dermatologist and he gave me a cream to use and it never came back. If you dont have a dermatologist, then go to your GP and get something from him-a referral to a derm or a prescription
Reply:Sound like coldsore. Goto local chemist and pick up a cold sore cream and apply it. If does not go away try some antifungle cream on it. or else see a dermatologist. Spartan
Reply:Could it be an allergic reaction? there is a lot of pollen out. talk to your dermatologist if the problem persists
