Best foundation under $20.00?

I am looking for a good foundation under $20.00. Any brand in the US.

Here are a few things about my skin if it helps...

- I have skin on the pale side.

- I do not have acne, so I just need a lighter foundation to even out my skin tone.

I don't want anything that is heavy, somthing that's light, but makes my skin look good.

Any suggestions?

bare minerals...or go to any ULTA or Sephora store to get color matched and expirement with the foundations. Each person has a preference to the type of foundation used, and from what you said about your skin, you dont have a need to use much. A Liquid foundation is light, and provides light coverage while moisturizing your face, cream is much thicker in coverage, and then powder is light coverage, but sticks to dry patches, and can look chalky. Also remember that when using a foundation, also use the same type of blush (i.e. cream foundation, cream blush)...Have you ever also considered a tinted moisturizer with SPF 15 ? Oil of Olay makes one, so does Cover Girl, and if you want to spend a little more, there is a super great one by laura mercier.

Bare Minerals....go on line and look at the web site...I started using it and I will never use anything else again.
Reply:"Rimmel" brand is a good makeup, and is under $20.
Reply:Maybelline's Mousse foundation is my all time favorite budget foundation. It is light, airy, and doesn't feel oily or have a lot of build up. I have more acne prone skin and this foundation didn't irritate it or break out.

It also makes your skin tone look even and soft. It looks like you aren't wearing anything at all. Your skin looks good and feels good. It doesn't feel heavy at all.
Reply:Clinique has a great selection of foundations in alot of colors from pale to dark, and every skin type. Although they do run right at the $20 mark, its absolutely worth it.
Reply:Try a Beauty Supply named Sally's, I believe they have what you are looking for. Try Macy's they have, Estee, Max, or Mac...Get liquid because you can layer that on with a sponge.Dust translucent powder on with a brush. If you think it's too heavy you can splash your face with water and pat dry. That sets make-up usually and doesn't harm coverage, makes it lighter, more see through.
Reply:I'd suggest a mineral makeup foundation like Everyday Minerals. I'm not acne prone and have a pretty even skin tone, but the mineral makeup I uses does a really impressive job at bringing that out even more so. And you definitely can't feel it on your face.

Reply:A lot of foundations will make you break out if you have ever had brake out problems...If you don't have sensitive skin go for a mousse...I love mabaleens mousse..Its amazing..But if you break out easy try Arbonne liquid foundation. Its amazing...And it won't make you break out...You can find it online and by a person who sells it.

Hope I could help!!
