Under Eye Problem?

Ok, I'm 15 and have these not dark, but purple circles under my eyes. My mom says it's because my skin is very light and that these are my veins. I was thinking about using a concealer to cover them up? Is it a good idea? Any suggestions?

Coverup shouldn't be too bad. Or...atleast I hope not - cause that's what I use! lol

My son used to have dark(purple) circles under his eyes all of the time and we found out that he was allergic to cats. Maybe you have an allergy to something in your home.
Reply:yes i think thats a good idea- but they might not be "concealed" like you want them to..Why dont you ask your mother if you should use concealer (does she have the same or similar skin tone as you? maybe you can try hers and see if it works and then get your own?) and if your mother isnt into that kind of stuff then yeah i dont really know how to help you unless you have your own money and can go to your local drug store that sells makeup.....do you have an older sister you can ask?

Reply:I have had this problem since I was little. There can be a lot of different factors, hereditary, allergies, etc... I think mine are a combo of both. Concealer is the most important makeup step for me. I have just about tried them all. I am using Boing by Benefit. It is rather expensive but, it does work. They also have an under eye cream called hylexin. But, it is 90 dollars a bottle. I haven't used it. But, heard some people swear by it. I would try concealer , it can't hurt.
