My skin has rashes, acne and pimples. Which product available in Kenya is best for me? Is proactive good?

I am 20 old male black african with light skin. My skin gets worse when I use margarines such as blueband or under stress. I avoid margarines and their type since 2006. My skin does not look nice, it has blemishes. Which chemist cream or lotion etc. will be good for me. A unilliver, bdf etc product.

If you can get tea tree oil it's good for acne and pimples, it dries them quickly with no side effects.
