How do you get away the bumps under your arm?

i have these bumps under both of my arms.. right under neath my muscle.


i think its just dry skin? but i put lotion on everyday... so any help?

well i use something called over the bump by bath and body works and after 2 days of using it i saw drastic improvements.Also if your getting these from shaving me and my friends use shaving cream for sensitive skin!
