How does a teenager get rid of dark bags under there eyes using a nature method or ointment or something???
Cold tea bags or cucumber slices help (placed on your eyes). You could be lacking vitamins, check with your doctor.
Reply:use tea bags and cucumbers
Reply:when you've got bags under you eyes it usually means your not sleeping enough, so get more sleep to start with. But to help more start taking iron. but not iron pills cause they'll make you constipated, get a liquid iron and drink like a tablespoon at leat twice a day.
Reply:get more sleep, trust me it helps

Reply:I've actually heard that preperation H (a very small amount) is effective for bags %26amp; dark circles under eyes. I have never tried it.
I use a neutragena brand something... under eye ointment, and it works ok.
Also, put some spoons in the freezer or fridge %26amp; hold them up under your eye for a couple minutes in the morning %26amp; evening... this will decrease the puffiness %26amp; darkness.
Reply:Ok, the Bad news first, Dark Circles are genetic, so once you have them you cannot get rid of them...
However to make them less notieable, I would use a good concealer and some lose powder to keep the concealer on...
Eventually they'll get around to creating something that will help the dark circles for good, but even cosmetic surgery falls short in the dark circle area....
Reply:if ur 13 and u have bags under ur eyes there might be sumthin more to it cuz u really shouldnt have them when ur 13( =
Reply:I spoke with an oculoplastic specialist who says dark circles or "bags" under the eyes are usually a hereditary trait -- that is, it runs in families. However, the bags may appear worse in people who smoke or who suffer from allergies. So, for some people, the answer to making dark bags vanish might be to stop smoking or to seek out allergy treatment.
There currently is no medication or surgical procedure that can get rid of dark areas under the eyes. However, a make-up artist may be able to advise you on cosmetic products to cover up or minimize the bags.
On another note I talked to a alternative medicine doctor that said "bags" under the eyes are caused by too much yeast in your body. He perscribed me a medicine to take once daily when I was younger and it really helped, but I can't remember the name of it. If you have a AM physician in your area, talk to him/her about the medication that kills the extra yeast in yoru body.
If you are looking for a cosmetic treatment, I have found that Sudden Eye under eye syrum works very well for up to 8 hours and can be worn with makeup.
Good luck
Reply:it's true the bags may be caused by a lack of sleep. however the darkness is more likely to be caused by allergies. please see a doctor and ask that question directly..
the fact you are a teenager means nothing. lots of different kinds of people have allergies and dark bags.

Reply:Dear, I suffered the same problem...dark circles and shadows under my eyes in my teenage and young adult years...now they are GONE! Here is how I got rid of the dark circles/shadows...they really stood out terribly with my very fair pinkish skin:
Eat lots of fruits and vegetables...if possible, try to follow a pure vegan diet...no animal products and lots of raw fruits and veggies, if available. Eating great food will heal you from within...I was able to get rid of the darkness under my eyes simply by, years ago, adopting the vegan lifestyle.
Try to sleep 8 hours or more. I sleep 9 hours at least. Take lots of time for yourself during the day to relax, too. I indulge myself all the time. Not only will less stress make you feel a lot better, your skin colorings will correct themselves.
Take a good multi-vitamin/multi-mineral every day. The nutrients that maybe you are missing you can ensure you are getting.
Drinks lots of plain, cold water and green tea. Water and green tea are the powerhouses for lovely skin. I drink 56 oz. of water a day and 24 oz. of green tea, too.
Spend time in the fresh air, if possible. I spend my time doing yard work and gardening. I protect my skin from the sun and try to stay in the shade.
Laugh and love often. You will stay beautiful outside and inside!
Reply:Nothing except follow Baba Ramdeo's "pranayam".
you will find surprising result.
Reply:Don't listen to people who say your stuck with them forever, or tea bags will make them dissappear.
Because I have chronic dark circles (like you) and it's hard to keep them at bay, but if you have a break during the summer, if at all possible, try to sleep ALOT. Like I'm talking 12 hours. (If you go to bed @ midnight and sleep 'till 12....voila!) and you SHOULD see a difference, slight or huge; they should look better.
Drink water...that's a given.
And also; i use this thing called Vita K, it's like a gel for under your eyes that you put on at night. And I used to think it was crap, but every night I skip wearing it; I look SO much worse in the morning! lol You can get it at Walgreens or the drugstore.
Reply:firstly visit a Dermotologist to get to the root of the problem, you may have Allergies to foods such as Dairy, Wheat exc. or problems with your sinus, take Vitamin supplements such as Vitaman C , D %26amp; more importantly K, it is extremly important to eat foods rich in Vitamins such as fresh fruits or vegtebles and to sleep early regularly. Dark Cirlces can alos be due to the fact that you have Kidney %26amp; Liver dysfunction or Thyroid problems. if your parents and family members have the same problem it is a possibility it may be Hereditary in which they would be more difficult to diminish. Dark cirlces are NOT permanent in everyone, many people have diminished the appearance of Circles here are some tips how.
Alomond Oil - gently rub under your eyes before you go to sleep.
Cucumber slices - apply cucumber under your eyes for 30 minutes everyday.
Water - drink plently, as much as possible.
Sleep - this is the most important get as much as you can!
If your dark circles are bothering you that much discuss the problem with your parents and discuss the possibilty of eye creams,
Circle Clear is one of the best on the market along with Viman K cream %26amp; Hemoroid cream. Gd Luck
